No kidding! Naturally, I thought OSU could lose to the underdog (past championship games definitely prove that), but not by THAT much! I'm glad for all the Gator fans; your team was great!

I haven't watched a college football game since Doug Flutie played for BC. That game last night was certainly worth my time. Hats off to the Gators! I think I've just become a fan.

Many of the Lakeland High School players are planning on going to University of Florida. Other colleges should be very nervous about the upcoming years.

I think OSU thought they were just going to walk in there and get the trophy handed to them. After all the pregame press that Florida didn't even belong there, and how they were going to get blown out looks kind of silly now, doesn't it?

The cool thing was, there was no trash talk from the Gator players prior to the game, they never said a word. I'm sure all that pre-game stuff made them angry but they never said a thing. They did all their talking on the field.

DH is a HUGE Gators fan, since he went to college there. Last night he kept yelling like he was at the game and the kids were asleep. I finally had to go and remind him that um.... ya know they cant hear you from here right?

I agree; I think they were overconfident. The defense seemed to get it together for the second half, but the offense just never got going at ALL. They were surprisingly bad. They're usually much better than that.

It's been very weird being a Buckeye fan this past season; usually they don't get this much love from the media and have been underrated more often than not.
