In 1998 it was covered in green crunchy stuff and very expensive. I dont usually think WDW is overpriced, but this is one meal that I felt was...and it wasnt even worth it.
I havent been back since to find out if its gotten better so a more recent review may help you more. Hopefully its changed.

I haven't eaten there, but I've seen several posts here indicating that it is similar to Chef Boy-Ar-Dee in a can costing around $15 for a serving.
