Spaceship Earth Video Postcard still working?

I've just returned from a spring break trip to WDW and I sent a video postcard from Spaceship Earth, but I never received it. I sent it on 4/1/13. I've checked my spam inbox carefully to be sure it wasn't deleted in error, but I guess it just never got mailed . The same thing happened to me in 2011 on 7/3/11. I haven't received an email from YourFuture@disneyworld.com since 2009 (kept them in my inbox). Are they no longer sending the emails? I made sure to verify my email address was correct before I sent the postcard while I was at the kiosk.

That can and does happen. I occasionally don't get mine from SSE either, but they are still doing them.

I got mine. But it was the generic cartoon picture since apparently they thought me pretending to pick my nose was inappropriate.

Didn't receive either of the two postcards we sent from Spaceship Earth in March. But we DID get a "design your own Figment" from Journey to Imagination.

Some of our e-mails home didn't come through last trip. We sent a bunch from Figment, SSE and Test Track and I'd guess half of them reached their destinations. Not sure why or how they're getting lost and it isn't any big deal to me, but I did think it was a little odd.

We've received all of ours from SE, but the video postcards from MS never arrived to any of the people (including ourselves) that we sent them to.

Correction: I just looked in my Florida folder and we received the postcards from MS, but the other people that we sent them to did not.

We visited March 16-19. Our Space Ship Earth arrived in our inbox right away. Two days ago our Test Track video showed up. So I guess it can get lost in cyberspace for awhile.

I spent 11 days at Disney World, 5 days at Epcot (mostly Spaceship Earth, but also Test Track and Guardians), sent maybe 30 postcards, none arrived. If Spaceship Earth is still open when I next visit, I will try sending to two different emails. I loved my postcards and am very disappointed. I should have checked for the previous days's postcards each morning, then I would have noticed that there was a problem.
