Just seen the above will be closed for refurbishment, no reopening date as yet, only later in the year. Hope it’s not too long. Going in September, already be missing a few things.
Yes, excited for Test Track, missed it last year!We are going end of October, first week of November and I don't plan on it being open by then. Multi-month refurb (routine) so at least August/September/October. I'd be on a December opening.
We are bummed too, but hey, Test Track is back and I watched a ride preview that looks great!
I would think that they could do this between park close and park open the next day. It would be poor management to go into a rehab without first knowing what needs to be done. It’s possible that they won’t have an idea of how long it will take until they get in there and see everything that needs to be fixed.
It’s hard to tell. It does say it is supposed to reopen in 2025 but no indication of an actual reopening date.Oh man, I hope it reopens by the first week of November! I'll be a little bummed if I can't take my DS on it for the first time.
We are going that week also. This is my first major bummer in my planning so far.Oh NOOOOOOO-- my favorite ride in EPCOT!! We arrive 9/6. I know that rehabs and refurbs are necessary, but the particular closure and construction plans are cumulatively starting to get me down...
FWIW, I think Little Mermaid will be reopened by September. The anounced closure for it is only one weekGoing later in September. Think we are also missing Buzz Lightyear & Little Mermaid and of course Rivers of America, TSI and Muppetvision![]()
Yes, Mermaid only closes July 21-26. I checked because we'll be there around that time.FWIW, I think Little Mermaid will be reopened by September. The anounced closure for it is only one week
