Space ride at EPCOT

Just wondering if the new ride at EPCOT, Space I believe, has opened yet? If it has what is it like, or if not when is it scheduled to open?

disney annonced last tuesday that mission space will beging soft opening aug 15th, and then the offical oppening will be in oct.

yeah, heard the same thing too. its something about a mission to mars. it sounds really exciting.
