Space Mountain Ghost Galaxy

I was just wondering about Space Mountain's Ghost Galaxy and how long it goes for. I read that it is Sept-Nov 1st? Is this correct? Also how long generally is the referb to change it from Ghost back to the normal version? I am going to Disneyland mid November with a friend who has never been on Space, and I really wanted to take her on it. I am prepared to ride the normal version of the ride which is fine. I was just hoping that someone has an idea of the referb times.

HalloweenTime at Disneyland starts September 16 and goes through October 31st.

The switchover from Ghost Galaxy back to the normal version goes quickly...only a few days.

I think its closed 2 days before the Halloween season to put it up and one to take it down. I expect it to be closed November 1st, maybe 2nd.

The last two years SM was down for five days to add the GG effects - right before HalloweenTime started in mid ot late September. Then it closed for 2-3 days on Nov 1 to remove GG.

2 years ago it was down longer because it was the first year they did it.

2009: Closed Sept 8-24 to install, Closed Nov. 2nd to remove
