DD wants to go on Space Mountain this visit. I last went on it 18 years ago and said then never again - I like roller coaster rides even less than I did back then, so its no way for me. I told DD I would stand in line with her until she goes on the ride. Does anyone know if there is an exit close to where you can enter the ride for those choosing not to go on. I know there was one at MGM's TT.

Yes, there is definitely a chicken exit. When you get to the boarding area, you go straight to the back wall (there will be an exit sign). I think there is a bench you can sit on to wait until your child actually boards. You can then go through the exit door, down the ramp to the floor below where she will be coming in for a landing -- and you'll be there in plenty of time to be there waving. This is a great place to snap a ride vehicle photo (from behind the barrier). Then the two of you can exit together.

It is an easy "out" not to ride Space Mountain. Easy to find where they get off, too. someone will be happy to help you.
