Space Bags

Does anyone travel with space bags? Can I get a vacuum from Mousekeeping to suck the air out?

Find the ones you can roll the air out of.

I do. DH or I just lay on top and squeeze as much air out as possible, then we seal it.

There are two varieties of Space Bag. One requires a vacuum and is meant for home use, the other one rolls up to squeeze the air out and is meant for travel. You want this kind:

Just curious if these wrinkle your clothes? I use ebags (which I LOVE), but, boy, if I could cut down on luggage (without wrinkling our clothing!) with these, that would be awesome!

The only vacuum's I've seen mousekeeping use are the Oreck kind, floor only, no hoses.

I used to us these in my carry on, would put tissue paper between blouses and had no issues with wrinkles. But when I started traveling longer and with bigger luggage I stopped beacause if I used them in a 24 or 26 inch bag it would always be over 50lbs (overweight for airlines).

Even the DVC villas do not have a vacuum with the hose and attachments. Just a regular upright.
