Which spa has the best reputation/ treatments / facilities ?

Regardless of where you go, get a hot stone massage. I *love* them.

My husband and I have been to both the GF and SSR Spas. We preferred the SRR spa, though both are owned by the same outside company (not WDW). The facility at SSR was beautiful, and the spa itself bigger if I remember right. My husband and MIL enjoyed the facials - I usually treat myself to a spa pedicure, which is also good. I did the hydro massage once, it was nice but not something I would do again.

The Grand Floridian is offerring a Bamboo Massage now. It's similar to a hot stone, in that the therapist uses warmed bamboo and rattan pieces to massage the body. It's amazing! I think if you *love* hot stone, you'll love this too!

I've only been to SSR and it was very nice. I received a massage and facial. Both were good, you also get a DVC discount.

I've done the Grand Floridian and the Coronado. I prefer the Coronado...the GF was a little too pushy with their products after my services.

I usually book mine about a month before the trip just so that I have everything done.
