spa ?????

We want to make the best of the spa!!!! Have been on one Disney Cruise last year but did not have any spa appointments
(don't know exactly why that happened) can anyone give me some "not to miss" appointments to make. I don't seem to have any specific info. in my cruise docs. Any and All info will be much appreciated.

Do NOT miss the Spa Taster on Castaway Cay!! This is a 1/2 hour facial and a 1/2 hour massage in the open air cabanas. It is amazing and not to be missed. I also had a pedicure on the ship during our Nassau day (a great day for appointments as the ship is deserted!) and it was wonderful.

I had a pedicure while onboard and was very disappointed! I can do a better job myself at home! The gal who did it was very nice, but they really don't have the set-up for it.

Ahh, the spa!

My personal favorite for a big splurge is the Elemis Absolute Face & Body Treatment. It lasts about an hour and 45 minutes and includes a fabulous massage followed by an equally fabulous facial. Love it!

I'd also recommend the hydrotherapie bath, any massage by itself, and any facial by itself, if you don't want the combined treatment.

I have done the cabana massage on Castaway Cay and felt that was more rushed so I prefer to do the treatments on the ship.

Thanks for all the great info. I definately have a few things in mind that I will just have to do!! Are the services listed somewhere and I have over looked them or do they expect you to take the spa tour to obtain the info? I'd really like to think about what I'd like to do before just making a quick decision and then wishing I'd booked something else. It seems like most people know what they are going to book before hand and make the reservations soon after boarding the ship. Thanks again for all the info.

I'm with Michelle...the Aboslute Face & Body is the best!! Ladies Night is also great...it's like a mini-version of the AF&B, combined with time in the Rainforest, champagne, and chocolates. The seaweed wrap/massage is also heavenly (always puts me to sleep), and for couples, the surial bath is VERY romantic I have more details about that one on my website.

I'm a big fan of the Alpha Capsule and Foot and Ankle massage.

The AC is totally relaxing to me...not eveyone likes it...but I surely
do. I'd do the AC every day if I could afford it.

Barb, I did go to your site and check out the spa info. there, very informative (and fun) I guess my only problem now is just deciding which appointment to make (or appointments). Good thing we have 2 cruises booked in the next few months I might try a few of them!!!! Thanks to all for your valued opinions.
