I did a search for Spa reviews on the Resorts board and the Trip Report board and didn't come up with anything.

I'm leaning toward Saratoga Spa and can't decide between:

Mystical Forest Body Masque & Wrap
Envelope your body in a rich body masque using the signature Mystical Forest blend of essential oils and natural clay with powerful trace minerals that promote collagen renewal and stimulate natural tissue regeneration. You are lightly wrapped to encourage the bio-absorption of natural minerals as your skin is nourished and you return to a state of natural well-being. (50 minutes) $120

Adirondack Stone Therapy
This unique therapy brings heated basalt and sedimentary stones in line with your meridian (energy) points to promote a harmonizing and balancing effect on the body. Swedish massage techniques and aromatherapy oil induce a deep sense of relaxation. (80 minutes) $175

or

Rosemary Spring – This highly therapeutic bath is designed to promote lymphatic drainage and assist the body in the elimination of toxins. We have gathered thyme, rosemary, tea tree, sage and other potent herbs for this effective blend, excellent to restore the weary traveler to vibrant health. (45 minutes) $105

Does anyone know off hand if you can split the,

Disney Vacation Club Members Package - $441
*Hydro-Massage Treatment of choice
*Mystical Forest Body Masque & Wrap
*Mystical Forest Therapies
*Aromatherapy Facial

among other members in your party? We are only staying for 4 days and I don't want to use up that much time on such a short trip (not to mention the cost).

I would love to hear about your experience and suggestions.

Thanks,
Alice

While I haven't done these exact treatments at Disney, I have done similar treatments at other spas. I have had a body wrap, did nothing for me, although it came with the most WONDERFUL pressure point scalp and neck massage. I had a hot stone massage and if you are sensitive to warm temperatures, this is not for you. The stones are hot. If you like a very hot bath/shower, you will be ok with the stones. The theraputic baths are simply a fancy hot tub and in my opinion, not worth the money. My favorite spa treatments are facials that include a scalp and neck massage and then just a regular Swedish massage.

I don't know for sure, but, I doubt they will let you split a package with other people.

I have had the stone therapy and Rosemary Spring massage at SSR spa, and a body wrap at the GF spa. Golfgal's descriptions of the stone therapy and wrap are very good. For me the wrap is too messy and seemed to overshadow the portion of it that was relaxing.

The Rosemary spring therapy was different than any other water therapy treatment I have had. A therapist actually uses a water massage wand to apply gentle pressure on your body. I suffer from Lymphedema due to lymph node removal, and I found this therapy to do exactly what it claims, promote lymphatic drainage. I would love to have that set-up in my home!
