I know you can charge the tip for the spa, but we are doing a couple massage with the REAS package and since that is paid for, can we tip in cash?
Also, how much of a percent or what have you tipped for the couples massage.

Thanks for the help, Pacha

You can tip cash any time you want to; you just can't purchase anything with cash! :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

DH and I tipped $20 each for our REAS couples massage last year...the standard tip "rule" for spas on land is 15% - 20% of the cost of the actual spa service so we just applied the same to the cruise spa. I am a firm believer, however, in tipping based on service and have been known to tip less than that if I am not satisfied with the experience and conversely have also been known to overtip for exceptional service / experience.

Enjoy the massage...it's a lovely experience. :earsboy:

We did the REAS package last year and at the end of the massage they do give you a receipt to sign. The receipt has a place on it where you can write in a tip amount, if you don't want to have to worry about carrying the cash with you to the massage room. But like the poster above said, you can tip in cash if you want to. We tipped 20% also, and we felt it was worth it. The massage was wonderful! :)

we tipped $25 for each of us for the couples massage and had a receipt to sign.

Thanks for the answeres.

My DW wanted me to post the questions, but I don't think she thought about that.
