I have a spa tipping question and am hoping for some advice. I usually tip 20% at the spa for various services - the girls there are really great. I've recently started laser hair removal which is rather expensive and usually only takes a few minutes. So if I am paying $300 for a laser treatment that took only say 10 min to do, should I still be paying 15-20% gratuity? That would be up to $60 tip.
I'm just thinking that a full body massage over 60 min of quite hard work for the employee is about $99 and she would receive a smaller gratuity.
Not sure what I should be tipping.
Thanks for any help!

I'm still thinking what to do. Maybe I'll just go with 10% or so. That is still alot though. Anyone else have any ideas?
