Spa Questions

Are there things to do in the Spa that do not cost extra? Like steam rooms, saunas, whirlpools. I am guessing that the fitness area is free (yuck!) but are the facilities open for everyone or just before and after treatments?

The sauna is in the rainforest room and there is a charge for that. The fitness area is free.

Aside from the fitness room the spa does have a sauna in the changing room. (At least in the mens changing room.) These are free but, in my experiences, I've never seen anyone in them.

The Rainforest Room (a steam room) is much nicer!

The rainforest room is $15 per day (I think it is $8 if you have had a spa treatment that day). For the 7 day cruise, it is $50 for the week.

For some, it wouldn't be worth it, but as I tended to spend about an hour a day in there, the week pass was a great deal.
