What is the policy on Spa cancellations? If my 2 1/2 yr old doesn't "make it" in Flounder's on the first day at sea, and I have a spa ressie on the 2nd day at sea, can I cancel it? What would the penalty be? Also, how flexible is Flounder's at letting "challenging" children stay? Some days he's great: if he really loves who he's with, and what they promise to do with him, he just say "bye, mom" and won't even kiss me goodbye; other times, if it's someone who is more sedate and not as active with him he'll get upset and cry when I leave; and sometimes he'll just start to miss me and start ballin' like a baby (he still is one, so I'm okay with that, but it'd sure be disappointing to lose $70 on the Surial spa thingy, or dinner at Palo's).

I believe you have to cancel any spa ressies 24 hours in advance to avoid a penalty. I've found the counselors in Flounders to be wonderful, and they do do their best to calm a crying child, before having to page the parents.
