in our party we will have 2 adult females and girlies 11 and 13. I have seen some things related to the spa for teens but the listed age is 13 and up. My then 11 yr old would want to do things worth her sister. Would this be allowed? If so do you have details about what is offered and cost?

Not sure if they will let 11 year old in teen spa. I don't know how to post link (new laptop) but at top of these boards there is a Hawaii link that has a link to teen spa. Looks like they can have facials, mani, pedi, make lotions etc.

However if they will get any massage an adult has to be present. I'm talking sitting in the room literally. So a couple massage is only way it seems to make sense. They had a Minnie Mouse menu for 12 and under. Mani pedi, hair etc.
Maybe the family massage would work?
I am planning my 1st trip this summer and my 15 yr old wants to go to the spa. She can use adult spa facilities if she gets massage AND I am present.
Happy planning

My daughter had just turned 14 last year when we went and I had scheduled a massage for she and I both. When we arrived they told me she couldn't go back. It took a long chat with the manager to get that squared away. The spa is a very quiet area, so I get they don't want kids back there for that reason. We stayed there for about 5 hours and I never saw anyone who wasn't an adult back in the gardens or in the relaxation room. You might want to give them a call and square it away so you don't have to deal with it when you get there.

We have not yet been, but are going in June. I called to book massages for my DDs ages 15 & 13. They said I had 2 options.. if they got full massage, adult had to be present. She suggested me getting one at the same time but that is not a relaxing option lol. Option 2 was a 25 minute massage in the teen spa. Since they fall within the ages, no adult present, they can wear swimwear or loose fitting clothes, its already hooked up to charge to the room and add gratuity so they can truly go on their own. We went with option 2. Haven't been yet, so hopefully it will work out well. I booked them a 25 min massage and a facial in the Teen Spa.

We are going in March and I booked the side by side massage with my 15 year old, I choose this over the teen massage because they said they aren't allowed in the hydrotherapy gardens if they only get the teen services. My husband will be getting a massage by himself at the same time and then we want to spend some time together in Kula Wai.
