Spa Couples Massage SSR or GF Discount

Hello everyone - will be heading to WDW in a couple of weeks. Thinking about a relaxing few hours in the spa with my DH.

Anyone ever had a couples massage? What makes it different than a regular one? Just in the same room?

Do you know of any other spa treatments we can do together?

Also - will be staying at SSR and could go there - but have never visited the GF and thought it would be nice to check the place out and have dinner after.

Lastly - we are renting points from a friend who is a DVC member - so I assume I don't have access to DVC discount. Do you know of any others?

The couples massage is simply both of you getting a massage at the same time in the same room. We didn't find it particularly romantic or relaxing.

I would rather have done the couples instructional massage.

I don't know of any other spa treatments you can do together.

You are correct, you aren't entitled to the DVC discount. I don't know of any other unless you are a CM.
