Spa Capsule Treatment ??'s

I was reviewing the Spa options on Barb's site, and I'm a little confused ...

I saw the Travel Channel episode of DCL which showed a capsule treatment in the spa. There are two treatments listed on Barb's site which refer to a capsule:

Chakra Balancing Capsule ($25; 41 minutes) or
Booster Therapy ($60; 60 minutes) featuring a 25 min. Alpha Capsule session and 20 minute hydrobath treatment.

Are these two different types of capsules? If so, which one was on the Special? Has anyone tried either of these treatments? If so, please describe!!

I'm anxious to visit the spa but I'm not sure I'm a "hands-on" person, so this is probably a safe choice for me! Thanks so much!

I have done the alpha capsule treatment, and to be honest I didn't much care for it. I am a little claustrophobic, so that is probably why that treatment is not for me.

I did the alpha capsule as well. It was ok. And just to let you know, I believe there is a mistake on the price. It is $41 for 25 minutes, plus a tip.

Basically, you are put in a capsule with different levels of air (cool-warm) with headphones on listening to music. I'm always a good tipper, but I really didn't see the need to tip (but I did!!). The girl spent less than 5 min. putting me in and getting me out, nothing special.

I'm going to try the rainforest next time. For $50, I can enjoy it for the entire week as much as I want.

The two capsules listed are the same capsual and is the one shown on the travel channel. I like this treatment a lot and have done it twice. I think it is also a great treatment for a first time spa user who doesn't want a lot of interaction.

I plan on doing it on our next cruise along with the rainforest!
