Soy milk in the parks?

Hello,

One of my toddlers can't drink milk without major tummy distress, so he drinks soy milk instead. He isn't a big juice drinker, and doesn't always want to drink water. I'm a bit worried about how to keep him hydrated in the parks, so was wondering if there is anywhere to buy soy milk in the parks. If not, I'll have to carry some in to make sure we have something he'll drink (I'll try water first, but don't want him to get dehydrated if he refuses it). We're staying offsite, so getting his milk from a resort isn't an option.

I'm a Soy milk drinker, also, and I have never noticed seeing it at the parks. I'd definitely advise you to try to buy some small cartons at one of the nearby grocery stores.

Thanks! That's kind of what I figured, but was hoping I wouldn't have to lug a big jug of soy milk around the parks.

No biggie though - we'll be at Disney! And we're driving down from SC, so I'll just pack a couple of cases in the van...

At our health food store they have "juice box" sizes of Soy Dream with the straw. My DD is on Rice Dream, and I'm planning to bring those into the parks with me.

Sorry, thought I should add this. If you specify a mlk allergy when making your PS, you'll get the phne # to the restaurant. Call a week before and they will have soy milk on hand for your little one. It won't help for counter service unfortunatly.

Depending on your toddler, it might be best to bring your own soy milk, even at sit-down restaurants. DD is used to soy milk made from a dry mix, and didn't like the soy milk offered by the restaurants. I just carry a zip lock bag with the powdered mix and a scoop to mix our own.
