Soy Allergy Experiences

We are headed back to WDW in a couple of weeks and my three boys (who used to have an extensive list of food allergies) are down to pretty much only needing to avoid soy, legumes, and strawberries. I expect I'll know where to spot strawberry and legumes, but soy I know can show up in weird and random places from time to time. The good news is they can eat soy oil and lethicin so it's really only actual soy protein that makes them sick.

Can anyone with a soy allergy share some info with me about your experiences in the parks? Recent experiences would be a bonus since I know their menus are more limited. Favorite soy free snacks and treats? Maybe odd places that you found soy ingredients and weren't expecting it? Anyplace that wasn't able to accommodate your allergy?

I still plan to mention it when we arrive at restaurant locations as I know it changes all the time. Just trying to get a feel for what their options might be. In the past, they've rarely been able to eat at any quick service or snack location, only table service, and we brought all of their snacks and at least one meal per day into the parks. But this year they outgrew their egg, wheat, and dairy allergy so a whole new world of dining possibilities have opened up for them. Just trying to be as prepared as I can with this latest change.

Thanks so much!
