Which restaurants offer souvineer cups with the restaurant's logos on them or with Mickey decor?

I saw a photo where someone had a cool Sci-fi Dine-In souvineer cup to take home with you.

Where else?

The new T-Rex restaurant in DTD has souvenir glasses.

Used to be available from Liberty Tree Tavern but not sure if this is still the case now it isn't a character meal, also there is a generic souvenir cup which was available with Glow figures at Akershus and Concourse STeakhouse (now gone) when we were there plus Boma I seem to remember although we only bought it at the first two.

Flame Tree BBQ have them, you get your choice of which animal topper you want

The new kids drinks, they are a Tink plastic cup with light up Tink lights and I think there are Peter Pan ones too.....just about every restaurant has them

Tony's Town Square has a really pretty glass mug, and so does Liberty Tree Tavern. I got both on our last trip! :thumbsup2 50s Prime Time Cafe has Mickey's Bee Bop Drink, which is in a plastic souvenir cup that has a plastic straw and cap. It has Mickey and the Studios logo on it. It also comes with a glow cube. I accidentally left mine on the table when I got mine, but my boyfriend gave me his! :goodvibes

We were there in Nov and didn't see any of these. My kid's drinks came in regular paper cups.

Are these Sci-Fi cups an additional cost?

Pizza Planet at Studios has a souvenir cup, too. It's similar to the old "chunky" style resort mugs.

From the Nov 2008 SciFi menu:

Pirate's Punch - Minute Maid light raspberry lemonade served in a souvenir Pirate Cup with a glowing Tinker Bell or Captain Hook clip-on light $6.49

Photo above found in Food Porn 3 has a small look at the Sci-Fi Cup..

I was referring to the Sci-Fi cup in the photo. Similar to a sport's bottle. I've never seen those before in any WDW restaurant.

We have several of the Pirate's Punch cups, they hold up very well.

This is more for the kid in us adults, but the outdoor bar at Rose & Crown in Epcot has plastic souvenir beer cups!

The souvie cup we got from 50's Prime Time was similar to the one pictured above (Sci Fi) but it had a red lid and had Mickey on it.

Yak and Yetti gives a (free) themed plastic cup - like you get with most kids meals at places like Red Robin or Chili's etc.
