Yep...was working on a souvenir list w/ my 6yo princess: (neighbors that will be checking the house for us, bff, etc.) and she asked if we could bring something back for every kid in her class...I told her it depends on if it will fit in our budget...sooo...would this be do-able? Are there any suckers or other things that are cheap enough that I could get just under 30 of them for under 50 bucks? Or does anyone have an idea of something that could be for the class as a whole? :confused3

I was totally going to suggest the same exact thing! (if you want to see what they look like, check the photo in my signature...my little boy is holding one.)

They also sell them in Pooh Bear shape, so you can mix it up if you want! :)

There are also pen and maybe even pencil packs...or go to the $ store and buy some Mickey pencils there :)

I would do the $ store, but she wants to buy them herself and wants them to be from the park.

What a cutie! And thanks for the heads up about the Pooh Bear ones, now she can have a choice beyond what colors to get, lol...

What about pressed pennies. 51 cents each and they could have fun comparing them and they could have them for ever.

That's a good idea :) You could get them each a different one lol, or all the same ones

My dd had so much fun getting pressed pennies all over the park for her classmates and they loved them. Just make sure you get new pennies before hand.

I don't know if you can still get them, but one year my niece got everyone in her class 1 Disney dollar. The kids thought they were really neat.

Hmmm...I did make a ton of pressed penny tubes (she LOVES pressed penny machines)...yet another great idea! Thanks!

Pressed pennies, while fun, would be a lot more $$$ than the cute Mickey lollipops. :) What a sweet thing for your DD to do, I think the kids would love the lollipops. :)

Before you get the lollipops, you may need to check that they are ok to give out in school... They changed the "food rules" a few years ago at ours and you cant give out candy treats any more.

Buy Disney Dollars; one for everyone in class. ;)

I'm sure they would love those way more than ordinary candy.

If you can't do candy...what about a postcard for each kid....kind of a fun little pic!!! buttons?!?! :) Stickers...You will find stuff!!

My girls like to do this on each Disney trip too. We did the Mickey suckers once but since then we've done stickers and a group snack. The stands throughout the parks for the Disney timeshare people will gladly give you enough Disney character stickers for the whole classroom if you ask. You'll see them standing around with rolls of them, handing one out to your child as you pass by. We have taken those stickers back plus we get a bag of Mickey pretzels or the bigger box of Mickey and friends cookies for them to take back for snack time. This has worked great for preschool through 2nd grade at least! Definitely a cheap route to go and the kids have always enjoyed it. (MUCH easier than the time we brought maracas back for each preschooler on our trip to Mexico!...what were we thinking??)

Another option would be silly bands bracelets if your daughter is into them. Buy a few packs for about $5 and then let her pass one to out to each of her classmates.

In addition to the packs of suckers like the Mickey/Pooh ones mentioned by PPs, (that are $4.95, as of June 2010) I know there are smaller, individually wrapped red Mickey suckers that I am pretty sure that we have bought at Star Traders in Tomorrowland and World of Disney in DTD for .50 cents each I thought. :thumbsup2
