Does anyone know how you can check-in for your return flight on Southwest at Disney?..We will be staying at the W/L and wont have any access to a computer...Should I have a friend check me in and then fax it to the hotel?

You can ask them to do it at the front desk. Or your friend can do it and you can just reprint the boarding pass at the airport. You can also check in if you have a web browser on your cell phone and reprint the boarding pass.

I just used the phone check-in and it worked great. You have to have a web-enabled cell phone. Just reprint your boarding pass at the airport. FYI Southwest won't take faxed copies of boarding passes. Anyone can check you in, just reprint pass at airport.

No problem asking the WL front desk to do it for you. They were extremely helpful.

The night before we left WDW, we came home from an EMH at MK...must have been about 2 am when we were walking through POP's lobby. I stopped to ask if/when I could get my SW thingie printed for our flight the next day. I was a bit tired and words just were not coming the way they should have!! The CM said he could print out our 'boarding passes' right then and there. He just laughed and said I must have been on the TeaCups too long that day/night!! But, we got all checked in right there, at the front desk.

That is good to know! I hope BC would be just as helpful.

I was getting worried about that! :goodvibes

Beach Club will be just as helpful. I happened to be at the Beach Club having dinner at about 24 hours before my flight home. I stopped by their resort concierge desk and they happily printed my Southwest Boarding Pass. I was staying at Ft. Wilderness.

I called the Polynesian - they said for everyone in our family who needs a boarding pass to all show up (with ID's) 24 hours in advance and they would do the SWA baording passes.

We have a 11:25 AM flight on a Sunday - I made our ADR for Rose & Crown lunch at 1:20 PM - so we would be at the Polynesian at 11:26 AM on Saturday. I figure we all have to go past the front desk to get to the monorail anyway. It's our last full day - so I hope it is nice in the AM - do some pool, pack and then go to EPCOT. We have a Chef Mickey's at 6:40 PM - so we could do one last run of MK at night before saying goodbye :sad1: to WDW, till we can visit again.
Our car ride will be at the Polynesian at 9:30 AM to go to MCO.
We only have time for a 7:30 AM Kona breakfast ;)

Just a reminder, please remember to tip if you ask hotel staff to print boarding passes for you.

PS: Sorry, didn't notice the mention of WL. Disney resorts are unusual in this regard, but tipping for this is SOP for most hotels.

For a non-Disney concierge, this might be appropriate. But alas, a WDW Concierge cannot accept a tip. :(
