Southwest Visa Question

I signed up for the Southwest Visa on the promotion that gave me two free flights. I made a purchase and received my first bill yesterday. How do I locate my two free flights? There is nothing in any of the paperwork noting anything free (even though when I called to activate the card the guy confirmed it). It just says it sent 87 points to Southwest. When I go through the Chase site to Southwest, they say I have 0 points. What am I missing?

DH and I did this...I got my card beginning of Feb...used it then. DH used his for first time around 2/10...paid both bills right when I got them a couple weeks ago. DH's showed in his SOUTHWEST account yesterday. Mine still aren't there. I'm giving it until the end of this week before calling. BTW- very difficult to find anyone to 'verify' that they are coming - I've already called once. You have to call SW NOT Chase as Chase will tell you they have nothing to do with the promotions that SW gives...

I would said to wait a few weeks or so and then check your SW account.

I just found the old Southwest thread and read through it. I guess it is a good thing I don't need tickets until November!
