I bought going to MCO in March but was suprised to see almost immediate unavailable in the Wanna Get Away fare bucket for our return flight in early April. Yes I know when Easter is I just have never experienced this. My question, as I stall to buy a return flight, is do the ever become available again in that fare bucket?

On an unrelated question when did they start chopgping up the TTF's by each passenger and not just one lump sum within the confirmation number? That makes it a lot harder to use and just about necessitates the purchase of EBCI with now havin to get a different confirmation number for each flyer so as to be able to use the TTF's. That stinks If they had not changed that policy I would have plunked down the near $200 bucks per person to fly back on the day and time I was looking for. If the price goes down more than 2 times than one of those TTF's are not useable.

Thanks for the help.:thumbsup2

I bought Wanna Get Away tickets for BUF to FLL for march Break on Tuesday as soon as they came out. On wednesday morning I checked again and that fare bucket was unavailable already.

The 2 previous times that I have booked SW around March Break I have never seen a fare drop, or more Wanna Get Away tickets become available. I am always jealous of others fare drops, or Dings, but I guess that happens only at slower times. I would think that the time around Easter would be similar to march Break in that you may not see any better fares from SW between now and then.

I agree with the above poster in that during busy times normally once fares are gone, they're gone. At least that has been my experience from my city (also BUF). Now during slower times and a bad economy, you never know. But if I see "unavailable" then for me it most likely means it's gone.

Thanks. I was hoping for better news but.......
We may have to chop a day off our stay due to the airfare.:eek:

Any other experiences out there???????:upsidedow
