I have 120$ in ticketless travel funds that expire in March. We aren't taking another trip until May 5. I tried to call Southwest and get it extended but the woman on the phone said that i would have to pay 50$ per passenger to get it extended, and that the 120$ was 2 adult fares worth so it would be 100$. I was really confused with what she was saying and told her as much and she said that in order for me to use the 120$ I would have to pay 100$. Is this always their policy? I thought I had read here somewhere that people had gotten their travel funds extended without any fees. Do you think i should call back and talk to someone else? Any thoughts or help would be appreciated! Thanks
