Southwest (somewhat) newbie question

I live in Southern NJ and was flying Spirit out of ACY and started flying Southwest after a bad experience with Spirit. Long story short, I know that with Southwest, you can receive a credit if the price of your flight drops. My PHL-MCO flight for next month dropped, and I can't for the life of me figure out how to get this credit. Can someone post simple directions on how to do this? Thanks!

Look on the right side of the home page under quick links. Select change flight. You will need to enter the confirmation number and the passenger name -- the system should guide you through the remaining steps. I changed ten tickets this way last night without any problems.
