we haven't flown in about 3 years and i totally forget if i can check in on SW early to get A seating and print out boarding passes? or am i supposed to do all that when i get to the check in counter tomorrow afternoon? our flight leaves at 2:10.
With Southwest you should check in (on your home computer) 24 hours exactly ahead of your scheduled departure time - this way you will have the best chance of getting an A boarding pass! Good Luck!
Or you can pay for the Automated check in for both directions or just one flight. We used it on our return trip since we would not be near a computer and they gave us A20 and A21. Better than I got sitting at the computer 24 hrs before the trip down.
