I don't think Disney tickets were ever offered on SW rewards.

I was just checking out the Gift Cards you can buy with points, and it's clear the best use of your points is to use them for Southwest Flights (6,000 points = $100). Considering it takes $6,000 of purchases to get your 6,000 points, that is like getting 1.667% rewards on your spending. The best you can do with the Gift Cards is 10,000 points for $100, or 1.0% rewards on your spending.

I didn't realize that Disney resorts were included among the hotels that you could use your points on. Doing a quick search for a night in early December for my dates shows that a standard room at ASMo goes for 10,044 points. That means that a family could get two of the credit cards, pay $198 for annual fees, and get 10 nights at Disney if they just make a few purchase with the card to grab the additional 440 points needed.

Yeah, I saw that. Maybe they will be back? You never know....

It also looks like the other park tickets are no longer available, either. I couldn't find the Universal or Sea World tickets on the website.

But like you pointed out in a pp, the best use of your points is not by redeeming them for hotels, rental cars or theme park tickets. The best use of your points is for flights on SWA.

I found the Universal and SeaWorld tickets in the gift cards section under travel. We have a bunch of Chase Ultimate Rewards points that need to be transferred before the end of the year. I was thinking about transferring them to SouthWest, but this post definitely gives me more reason to transfer them here.

If you get to 110,00 point level you get a companion pass on SWA....free flights for 1 1/2 years for companion!
The best use is for flights, think about how much $$ flights are for a family of 4, but if you have 110k points, one flies free, use points to book the others instantly save over 800.00 (approx)
I used some RR points to book an onsite Universal stay, they are a better deal than the disney hotels,saving us around 500.00....all this for (2x) 99.00....it's a no brainer,well worth the fee!
plus I got 2 one day park hop passes to Universal on points too...saving another 145.00..... plus I still have plenty ofr points as I use this card for everything.....
