Southwest RAC at resorts?

while at YC we were able to check our luggage with RAC and head straight to the park. Later that day, we boarded ME and never had to worry about our luggage because Southwest took care of it for us.

Is this service available at either POP, POR or CSR?

Yes.

The exceptions for Southwest are Caribbean Beach and Old Key West.
