I just checked in later than 24 hours before my flight tomorrow. I got B41, B42, and B43. Will it be possible for at least two of us to sit together? I was stuck in traffic and was late getting home to check in

You should be able to find 2, especially if you go to the back.

DH flies Southwest every week for work and he always says "C means Center." With you being just midway through the B's you should have no problem getting 2 seats together and if you go to the back you may all 3 get to sit next to each other.
