I just checked on-line and see that our flight that originates (I believe) in Islip and goes non-stop to Orlando continues on to Ft. Meyers. Will that have any impact on boarding passes availability or on anything else. I would think not because the number of people that fit on the plane is the same.
Would just like to be prepared if need be. Thanks;)

You won't have any problem getting your boarding passes. Just try to do it at the 24 hour mark and you have a 98% chance of getting "A" boarding passes.

All Southwest planes seat about 125-130 passengers.
