How quickly do refunded points get credited back to your account. Right now I have enough points for 4 round trip tickets. I am hoping with the sales in June it will be for 5. Is it better to get the 4 and rebook for a refund and then use the refunded points to book the 5th? Or just wait for all 5?

The points get refunded immediately. I'd probably wait at least until tomorrow and see what the sale is.

Points are refunded immediately as the PP stated. I've found points to be the best way to book as I've made at least 2-3 changes to each leg of our trip every time I can catch a lower fare, and it's been a breeze. While I'm not a fan of the higher fares these days by SW, the option of booking with points offers immense security and flexibility (much less stress since you can book WGA initially and change as you monitor prices) since you can always keep changing as prices adjust and points are refunded instantaneously.
