ok here is my situation. I just booked AOA LM room for may. When i tried to ad Magical express the drop down menu did not have southwest on it so i could not add flight info. I even went on chat to ask about it and the person i spoke with had no idea wy they were no listed and just suggested I call Magical express which i did but of course they are closed now.:confused3

Just wondering if others have run ito this issue before and if so what you may have found out.

I would call when they are open. We took Magical Express for our trip last month and flew Southwest which we never do (we prefer flying out of O'Hare, but it was cheaper that trip to fly out of Midway) and ME picked us up with no problems.

We are flying to WDW on Southwest next month. Just give them a call tomorrow. The website has been messed up for awhile now.

Call and add it. SW is definitely active for DME. That website is the debble.

I fly Southwest out of Manchester, NH every time I fly and always do Magic Express with no problems :dance3:

TO DONALD DUCK888 :All we had to do was just book our trip online without the flight information. Once we received our confirmation in our email, we called and gave Walt Disney World Resort our reservation confirmation number and then gave them our flight information, Our luggage tags were sent to us and there has never been any problem. We just got back at the end of October from flying with Southwest Airlines. We were picked up from airport and taken to airport when we left.I hope this was helpful.
Jeanine:)

For Magical Express it doesn't matter what airline you are using. The ME bus is just transporting you from the airport to the resort & vice versa.

If you are talking about doing bag check prior to departure that is another story as only certain airlines participate (Southwest does).

As others have said, the website has been screwy. Just give them a call :)

Thanks to all for the info on this. I will give them a call this evening i think.

The website is crazy lately it seems. I booked a room only reservation and it had the policy listed of 1 night deposit and 5 day prior cancel policy.

But when i looked at the now due part after getting confirmation it said balance due March 31. We dont travel until middle May. That would make sense if i booked a package but ressie specifically says Room Only. So certainly alot of bugs it seems.

Of course now all is up in the air as upon looking at new deals this morning we could stay at Port Orleans for same price as AOA (where I reserved) so I may change the whole thing. Just have to convince my 6yr old daughter that PO is better than staying in an Ariel room.:confused3
