Wow! Great prices for Southwest. Too bad we are not going until next October! The fare from Indy is $69 one way? That is really good! Hopefully there will be bargains in October 2007 as well! :sunny:

Wooo Hooo! I just saved a lot of money on my car ins. . . I mean air fare! Just got home and found the Click and Save email in my box! Now I have $180 credit toward my trip in May!

I LOVE SOUTHWEST!

I currently have a DING fare I booked for $74.00 oneway, can I take advantage of the $59.00 oneway fare from Manchester :confused3

Thank you, thank you for this post!!! I've been checking DING fares regularly hoping to find a great deal for our September trip. I saw your post and went right to the Florida sale and booked our flight! $628 round trip TOTAl for my family of 4! Woooohoooo!

Thanks again p2oh!! Air was last thing hanging for us... and I was really dreading the possibility of driving from Cincinnati! Even with an hour or so drive to Louisville it's a fantastic deal!!!

Over the past two weeks, I've been able to lower our airfare by $160.00 thanks to a Ding, and an internet special.

I LOVE Southwest!!

bnf2 - That's funny because I was actually looking for airfare for my cousin and his family because they don't want to drive from Cincinnati if at all possible and airfare from there is outrageous, they booked with this sale so they are coming here and flying out of Louisville and parking at my house!

it is great news...

I wasn't even planning on flying...

but for this rate - I am flying....

I'm so excited! I thought an $85 ding that I had booked last month would be the lowest but now I've saved close to $200 on that price for our family of 5! :cool1: :cheer2:

Yes you can. Just make sure the discount is available for your travel dates, then cancel your DING flights and make a new reservation using your ticketless credit. I just did it this morning. It's just like canceling a flight and rebooking with a DING fare.

 p20h

Thanks for posting-I just called SWA and got a $64.00 credit on my Sept. trip. I had not checked my email today and may have missed the notice. I've already called other family members to change theirs.
Your notice is sure to bring smiles to others. Thanks again. :goodvibes

i just got mine. airtran dropped their rates also. check your dates for october on there.

I saw that sale first thing this am - I rebooked from BWI to MCO. Changed my fare from $166 pp to $137pp. Now I have $90 credit for a future trip!

Too funny for sure! Uh, hey... can I park there with your cousin, too??? :rotfl:

The drive from Cincy to Louisville with 2 six year olds is far more appealing to me than the one I thought we'd have to make to WDW!! Whew!!! My brother works at UPS so I think I can work out him picking our car up and 'storing' it for a week for us. Do you know what parking rates are at SDF just in case he can't? Even if we do have to pay parking it still beats the $1200+ fares we are getting here at home!!!

Thanks again! :thumbsup2

Parking is $9.00 per 24 hr period for long term parking

Thanks, DawnS! I figured I could find it at their website, but knew my Dis Buddies would be able to tell me quicker than I could search for it. Again, thanks!

And you are, by the way, more than welcome to park at my house!

Well thanks, p2oh! :teeth: With my brother at UPS and my sister at Baptist Hospital I'm hoping to get one of them to park it for us. And my husband's company has an office off Hikes Lane- we could always park there. (He'll do anything to avoid paying a week's worth of LT parking!)

Just noticed your ticker- looks like you'll be arriving as we are leaving... I'll probably see you at the airport! I have my Home Depot Mickeys ready for my backpack- just look for a short, blonde gal next to a 6'6" dark haired guy frustrated with the arguing twins... that'll be us!

O.K. Can someone please tell me if these flights are direct flights? Also, Are these flights at weird hours of the day? I have been watcing these offers but need it for Thanksgiving week. I wonder if there will be deals like this for Thanksgiving week. Thanks in advance for your help!
