Southwest Newbie has a ?

Sorry if this has been asked before, and I'm sure it has, but I couldn't find the info I needed.

My return flight on Southwest has dropped $20 a person from the price that I booked. There are 3 of us traveling, so it would be $60. How do I go about getting a credit for future flights? I know I won't be able to get cash back, but a $60 credit would certainly help out for a future flight.

On SW site, go to "change flight" it's on the right, towards the top of the page, and follow the steps, and it couldn't be easier than that.

There's a way to do it online, but the I would call SW to get them to walk you through it. It's easy and won't take but a few minutes!

On SW site, go to "change flight" it's on the right, towards the top of the page, and follow the steps, and it couldn't be easier than that.

As iggy said it's easy as "clicking change flight" > insert your confirmation number and the name of the 1st passenger, and then selecting your new flight and completing the transaction and you will have future travel funds.

Thanks everybody! just did it online, and it took no more than 5 minutes, and they credited my account with future travel funds. It couldn't have been easier. Southwest is scoring points with me for sure.
