And by 3:30 pm JetBlue had fare sales that brought my BDL to MCO roundtrip on Easter week down to $188. Looking at SWA fares it appeared they had matched JB on BDL to MCO pricing.

While no one likes a price increase on anything that's just the way it is. Eventually everything goes up. I think in general the airfares have been good for the last several years and it's time for an increase. Gosh, in 2009 we flew 4 people roundtrip from Buffalo to MCO, non stop, for only $575 total.

I'm not surprised they're raising prices however I just checked SWA for our June dates and the fares are lower than they were this time last week.

Try checking August for a shocker ! June is still using the lower priced fuel.
