I am not finding answers to this on Southwest's website. My dilemma is this: my DS is at Disney on the College Program. While he has a current end date in early January for his internship, he is hoping to extend. Problem is, he won't know if he can do that until only about a month before his internship ends. If we wait that long, airfare will be considerably higher than what I can book right now. So, I am tempted to buy flights now with the thought that he will be leaving at his scheduled time.
If I do book flights and find that he has extended until Spring and I need to reschedule flights, how do I do that?
Also, if I book a flight and the price goes down (they were $5 cheaper just a few days ago and will probably go down again at some point), I think I read on the Disboards that Southwest will issue a credit for the difference? How does one request that?
Thanks for your help.
