My flight just went down by $120 dollars, to receive a credit for the difference, do I change or cancel the flight? Quick Responses appreciated!

if it was me I would cancel and rebook with the new price that is if you can get a fulll refurn

I ended up calling them but only got credit for 1 person, oh well, I will keep checking

The easiest to do is change the reservation. It involves a lot less work.

This is true. Change is the easiest, plus your EBCI goes through with the change. I changed mine today and got 2200 RR points back into my account.

You can go online under your reservation number and change your flight. If the price went down for each ticket, each passenger should receive the credit to use at a future date not more than one year from original ticket purchase. EBCI stays with your reservation number.
