SOUTHWEST fares now on Travelocity

I have used Travelocity for many years to track airfares via Fare Watcher (and often...but not always...have booked flights thru their site). Just noticed that SOUTHWEST fares now show up on Travelocity and I do not recall them ever being on the Travelocity site before. You always had to check the dedicated Southwest site to compare prices. Still may be $5 or so cheaper to book directly with Southwest, as it is with most airlines, but I just thought this was an interesting development.

And, they show the highest fares possible.

Not sure what you mean by they are showing "highest fares possible." Are you referring to Travelocity or Southwest? For the dates I checked from our home airport to MCO, SW was at the lower end of the range of fares but not the lowest (guess for that we'll have to count on DING!)

You were right about the highest fare! Just for the heck of it I did a side-by-side. Using random dates I picked a flight form Providence to Orlando, October 5-12. On Southwest the flight was $125.60. Same itinerary on Travelocity was $288.40. Yikes, over twice as much. I use Travelocity as a guideline but I haven't actually used them to book anything in years.
