Southwest "Ding" Question

I've already got our flights booked on Southwest for our late June trip. Due to a very narrow window of when we can go, we're having to fly out on the week end. This makes our r/t fares ~$250 each , Philly to MCO

I have signed up for Ding, but have yet to see a Philly - MCO ding special. If I haven't see one yet, what the likelihood of seeing one between noe and June ??? USAir is starting so show some specials, but not quite there yet. Southwest out of Baltimore is an option, but again with restricted flight dates, I've had not luck.


Any help from experienced DIS travellers is appreciated.

I beleive those dates already came up for June, i have been diligently checking every day for my sister and I for a trip in Aug. However I have seen rates come down 2 times for specific dates. I am also flying PHL to MCO. She is flying BWI to MCO. Her rates came down already mine have not. So just wait and you may see your dates again for the rate decrease.

Keep checking daily. I started out with $175 from MHT to MCO. Last month it went down to $150. Last Wed it went down to $124!

I love Ding and saving money!

On Thursday, we got "Ding" Fares at $106 pp RT for Chicago to MCO. The dates were June through August. We saved about $30 per ticket, which was already a good fare. When I bought these, it was the second Ding for the day & never thought I'd see Chicago - MCO come up......

Keep an eye on your Ding, it just may come up.....
