Southwest experts when do you think they will open up the schedule to include Dec/Jan?....I'm on the email list but I never seem to get any updates...

Well I'm no expert, but I do know that I had been having the same concern. We will be flying out on Oct. 2nd and returning Oct 11th and the Southwest schedule has just recently gone out far enough for us to finally book a flight. I would say it was about 2 weeks ago (at the most) when they extended the schedule through Oct. I found it surprising (and a bit frustrating) that mid-May you could only book a flight through Sept. 8th-- that's less than 4 months! Hopefully you won't have to wait that long. Good luck!

zurgswife-

I feel your pain - been waiting for what seems forever for Nov./Dec. flights on SW. I've pretty much given up on the new Song - just too many schedule changes!!!! I'll stick with SW since they're the most dependable for flights and prices.

I thought I heard someone say on another thread that maybe new dates would be released in mid-June - keeping my fingers crossed!!! :smooth:

We're flying out 10/24 and back 10/29 and I can only book 1/2! It's very frustrating. Not to raise YOUR frustration level, but I searched the last two years (and I'm horrible at deleting old e-mails LOL) Anyway, the last week of June they opened up ticketing through mid-December. I don't remember when they opened late December and Jan, but I do know I bought tickets for Feb on 10/25 last year.
