Just tried to call SW but the wait time is more than an hour:confused3

I have some credits to use by March 13 YIKES!

1)Are they transferrable?

2)If I book online and sign in to 'Rapid Rewards', will the credits be found there to apply before I pay for the booking or must I do with a Res Agent? I know with Jetblue they are accessible online at time of booking but can't think I have used before with SW.

Anyone know?

Thanks!!!:thumbsup2

yup they need to be used by that date.... i have a credit also and tried to use them to book a June flight but since the credit expires in April i am out of luck.... asked to extend them to purchase my june flight was told sure but it was $50 per transaction .... i think not.... so I will either book something last minute of just say bye bye to them.... I did book my June flight on Jetblue though...better price and have my seats already and they are direct flights at decent times... goog luck with the credits.... if you learn something that can help the rest of us out with SW credits please pass on the info....

Oh yes...I knew that. Travel must be completed by the 13th of March which is the day they expire. I am just wondering if I must call to apply the credit and book with Reservations or if once I sign into RR they credit will 'be there' as they are with Jetblue?

My DD has a credit as well but hers expires mid May...

:confused3
