After you select your flight and click on purchase you will get a passenger & payment screen. There is a button to apply your ticketless travel funds. If you want to confirm the amount prior to purchase you can get the link in the Travel Center.

The first time I tried to apply a credit, I didn't want to mess it up. I called SW and had them walk me through it . They were very helpful.

My husband and I both have small credits with SW. If I fly alone, can I apply the credit from my account and my husband's account to mine, or are they only good for the original person?

You can apply it to any ticket you purchase. I can apply it to my wife's ticket, or she can apply hers to our kids, etc...
