Southwest checking in and printing boarding passes later

We will be at Universal's HHN 24hours prior to our flight, and would like to check in using my son's blackberry. If you are not printing boarding passes till later, how do you do that? I was looking at the website, and it shows a screen that says check in and print boarding passes. Is there a place to click if you are just checking in, and want concierge to print passes later? Sorry, but have never done it this way before.

just go thru the check in procedure...don't concern yourself with the printing.
Once you get to the airport go to one of the check in terminals and print out
a "duplicate"....piece of cake actually

Thanks for asking that question! We are heading to Disney in December. Half of us are driving and half of us are flying. I was wondering how those that were flying home would do the same thing. My question was also answered. HORRAY! Just hope I can remember this until December. Thanks!

Just did that on my SW flight 3 wks ago - checked in on a laptop not connected to a printer, they printed the boarding pass out when I got to the airport. Coming home -checked in on Iphone (to get a low boarding #) then printed boarding pass when I got to son's home computer & printer.

They can also print the boarding passes for you at the RAC when you check your luggage. They did it for me at Pop without even asking.

Printing them at the airport is a breeze. Won't be a problem at all! HAVE FUN!

Most airlines not just SWA allow you to check in online and print the boarding pass at the airport. As a matter of fact if you are planning on flying with out checking in bags you can even pass the kiosks at the ticket counter and go directly to the gate and have them print it out for you. As long as you have proof of your ticket, i.e. itinerary from the airline or a reciept, you can get through security. That way you bypass the long lines.

While staying at WL last week we had a friend back home check us in at the 24 hour mark. The next morning hanging on our door were our boarding passes. It appears that since we were using ME service Disney had our flight information already and was able to print out a copy of our boarding passes for us. We didn't even request this, they just showed up.

This occurs for all participating airlines with Disney; it is imperative that they have your return flight no., so they can track your flight and make sure you get on the correct ME bus.

Great to know! Can I use my SW iPhone app to check-in at the 24 hr. mark? I won't be at a computer at that time - I'll be watching the Candlelight Processional!
