DW and i normally fly to MCO via southwest. unfortunately, southwest has yet to make the posted list of airlines that you are allowed to check-in for at WDW hotel lobbies.

has anyone had any experiences with checking in for their southwest flight from the concierge desk? i have also read that guest relations in some of the parks (specifically MK) will allow you to do this.....

The best I have been able to do is to print my boarding pass in the lobby. Technically that is checking in. I was able to do this at both the All Stars and at Saratoga Springs. They printed my boarding pass just for the asking. ME took my luggage, but I still had to handle it from the bus to the baggage check at MCO. Not a big deal for us. I actually used the express baggage check. It prints the luggage tags for you automatically, but it is there at the airport. Hope this helps/

Yes, we were able to confirm our SW reservation and have the boarding pass printed at the Concierge Desk at SSR. Didn't take 3 minutes, tops!

If you have a Web-enabled cell phone you can check-in with that and reprint your passes when you check your bags at the airport.

We fly SW all the time and have never had a problem getting A's at WDW .Last time was on the front cab of the mono-rail.

The BWV concierge desk CM printed ours last month, no problem. BTW we did get an A boarding pass.
