Southwest change of departure airport question

I know it's easy to rebook flights on Southwest to get lower rates for sales, but is it also simple to change airports? I see cheap rates out of Hartford for the end of August, although I'd prefer to fly out of Albany. I've got Ding! and I'm waiting for Albany to pop up, but don't want to wait too long!

I believe you'd need to cancel the current reservation and then rebook with the funds in order to do this. It can be done online.

I believe the prior poster was correct, for Ding fares you have to cancel and rebook.
For regular fares you can change locations very easily, just go to the Travel Center at SWA and change itenerary.
