Southwest Cancellation Policy

It looks like we will probably have to cancel our trip. We purchased one way tickets and were due to fly down on Sept 25th and back on Oct 4th.
Is there a time frame that I must cancel I know I have until August 11th to cancel with Disney but I am not unsure of the parameters for Southwest. Also, is there anything I should know before I call them.

If you bought refundable tickets then I believe it is anytime but if you bout advance purchase tickets then all you can do is cancel your flight and you will be able to use the amount you paid for any flights in the next year.

You can cancel anytime and receive credit for the flights but not a refund - if you booked a non-refundable ticket.

Even if you just don't show up for the flight, you'll be given the credits - unless they've changed that.
