Southwest Booking Question

I’m hoping someone on here that is much more savvy with Southwest than I am can help me.

My DH’s work offers several discounts and earlier this week he saw that if he books airfare on swabiz.com he can receive 8% off on Wanna Get Away fares on *most* flights. He went online, entered in his corporate ID, and searched the same flights we were looking at on the app. We aren’t seeing any discounts. Knowing our luck, we are choosing the flights that don’t count for the discount unless the discount is only applied when checking out. Is that the case, is there a code or something he needs to enter, or are the flights we are looking at not included?

Does anyone know?

Did you read all the fine print? Sometimes they make it nearly impossible to use the fare anywhere people might want to travel. They may have added a stipulation that you have to book 0-7 days in advance for the Wanna Get Away Fare. His isn’t nearly that detailed. It literally just gives the corporate number, states to enter in your RR number and most flights will be between 8% off for Wanna Get Away fares to 12% off for Business fares.

He’ll ask his HR person when he returns to work in the new year.
