Southwest booking help needed

Hi. We are planning a trip to disneyworld starting Dec. 17 and have two vouchers from Southwest Airlines due to the visa offer. Because I suspect the seats to be very limited this time of year, I would like to book the seats as soon as the southwest window opens up which is May 26th. My question is: Is it better to call or book online? And, can I book right at midnight or do I have to wait until the following morning? I am really paranoid because if we can't use our vouchers we will not be able to go and I already told the kids we were going

You can do it either way, but I've done it online without any problems. You will have to sign in to your Rapid Rewards account and book from there. The next booking window is on May 24th, to book travel through 1/6/12. It usually doesn't open up exactly at midnight. It's usually around 8 am (EDT). Just keep checking back periodically that day and you'll see when the window opens up. Good luck planning and have fun at WDW.

Now I'm new at this so maybe it was just me - but when I booked last month the vouchers we got for the visa promotion...it didn't show me all available seats online (again, maybe I was doing it wrong)....I had to call. Then I ended up needing to be flexible with my flight days/times. I ended up being able to get direct both ways - but not nearly as desireable times (we leave to come home at 7am - Magical Express will be picking us up EARLY). But, for 'free' (or at least just paying the annual fee), it was worth it for us. Just a heads-up to be flexible and if what you see online doesn't look right - call.
